Vita di Hans-Thies Lehmann che inventò il teatro moderno
Mentre si celebra il cinquantesimo anniversario del Sessantotto con pubblicazioni teoriche, mostre, dibattiti, il teatro lo ricorda come uno dei momenti più rivoluzionari del secondo Novecento, quando a un’idea ormai formalizzante dei teatri stabili, si contrappose quella di un teatro alternativo che riguardava, non più il testo, bensì la lingua scenica.
La crisi fu tale che Giorgio Strehler abbandonò il Piccolo Teatro per creare una nuova formazione, mentre altre realtà, come il Pier Lombardo, si imposero grazie alla inventiva di Franco Parenti, Andrée Ruth Shammah, Giovanni Testori. Un ventennio dopo circa, Hans-Thies Lehmann coniò il termine Il teatro postdrammatico, che divenne un libro pubblicato nel e che in Italia arriva oggi, con un ritardo impensabile, grazie a Mattia Visani, editore di Cue Press e alla traduzione di Sonia Antinori.
